Our partner organization, Facing Forward, provides housing and social services to people who are chronically unhoused and/or have a disability. The majority of Facing Forward’s clients are women and families who are strong, resilient, and committed.

Our partner organization, Heartland Alliance, is an anti-poverty organization based in Chicago, Illinois that focuses on serving immigrant communities. The organization serves its community by focusing on three tenets: health and healing, safety and justice, and economic opportunity. 

Chicago Street Medicine

Since 2017, Chicago Street Medicine has worked to improve the health and well-being of vulnerable communities in Chicago, Illinois. The organization works to maximize health and reduce disparity for people affected and/or facing homelessness.  

The Boulevard 

The Boulevard is one of the original medical, respite-care facilities in Illinois, dedicated to serving unhoused individuals. The organization provides high-quality, cost-effective medical respite care, holistic support, and housing services to help ill and injured unhoused adults break the cycle of homelessness, restore their health, and rebuild their lives.

100 Black Men of Chicago, Inc.®

100 Black Men of Chicago, Inc.® provides programming in support of the Chicagoland area in the scope of Mentoring, Education, Health & Wellness, and Economic Empowerment. The organization assists young, African-American men and women with college preparedness and/or learning a trade. 

Mayor Brandon Johnson’s office provides opportunities to collaborate on various service projects that help build a more inclusive and compassionate community.
