SCHOLARSHIP OVERVIEW & APPLICATON

Alpha Beta Delta Omega Chapter will grant a one-time award of $1,000 (minimum, based on award), with the check made payable to each award recipient. The scholarship will be awarded in August 2024, upon receipt of proof of enrollment.

To be eligible for this scholarship, a candidate must complete the scholarship application and submit the following:

a) Proof of acceptance at a college, university, trade or vocational school

b) Proof of residency or school attendance within the North/Northwest Chicago boundaries

c) Color copy of state ID/Driver's License or school ID

d) One letter of recommendation that speaks to your character completed by a teacher, principal, school counselor, coach, pastor, supervisor, family friend, etc.

e) Your most recent transcript (can be unofficial)

f) A typed, one-page essay that answers one of the following:

How will the FLIP-THE-SCRIPT Scholarship make a difference for you?

How will you use your education/vocation to make a difference in the lives of others/your family/your community?
